Lavio reminds you when a dose is due and keeps a record of what you’ve taken. That’s all it does, and these terms are short because of it.

What Lavio is for
Lavio reminds you at the times you set, and records the doses you log. It never suggests a medication, a dose, a time or a change to any of them. Everything it shows comes from what you entered.
It isn’t a medical device and doesn’t give medical advice. Always follow the instructions that come with your medication and the advice of your doctor or pharmacist. If you’ve missed a dose or taken too much, ask them. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Don’t rely on it alone
Reminders are iOS notifications, and iOS can delay them, hold them back in a Focus or Scheduled Summary, or drop them if notifications are turned off, the app is deleted, or the iPhone is off, out of battery or being restored. Lavio can’t know when that happens. For medication that must be taken on time, keep another way to remember it too.
Your data
What you add stays on your iPhone, and we never see it. How it’s stored, backed up and deleted is in the Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for keeping your own record if you need one: the export is there for that.
Pro
Lavio Pro is a one-time purchase made through the App Store. Apple handles the payment, refunds and the free trial under its own terms. Pro belongs to your Apple Account and can be restored on any iPhone signed in with it.
The license
Lavio is provided under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which sets out what you may and may not do with an app downloaded from the App Store, and the limits of our liability. Where these terms and that license differ, the license applies.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
